Fizz.ai is a digital platform that features interactions with AI-generated personas and fictional characters.All images and text on Fizz.ai are created using artificial intelligence or uploaded by users in ways that do not depict real people.No actual human performers appear in any sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or § 2257A.

Accordingly, Fizz.ai is not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 because:

• We do not produce any visual content involving real individuals engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct.
• All depictions are entirely synthetic, fictional, and computer-generated using generative AI technologies.
• To the best of our knowledge, no real person is identifiable in any material unless explicitly disclosed and lawfully uploaded by that individual in accordance with our policies.
