Fizz.ai respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following policy for handling claims of copyright infringement.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on Fizz.ai infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material on our platform that you claim is infringing, including specific URLs or other pertinent information to help us locate the material.
• Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted on Fizz.ai was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, including the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Fizz.ai may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

Fizz.ai reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

4. Modifications

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated policy on our platform. Continued use of Fizz.ai after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
